Service Description

A special collaboration with Kindred Montrose as we lay to rest our heartaches, our grief, and our ways that do not serve life. A 30 minute experience of meditation, easy yoga, and a crystal bowl healing sound bath. Suggested donation is $12. Bring a mat or borrow ours.
