Aerial Intro - - Learn the fundamentals (30 minutes) of how the hammock works. Not a formatted yoga class, but more of a "how to" tutorial. Are you curious about Aerial yoga, but not ready to commit to a full hour long class? Try the Intro. Socks and mats required. No tank tops. Registration required via MindBody.
Aerial Beginnings - A gentle beginner class (60 minutes) teaching the fundamentals of aerial yoga. You will mostly be on the ground in Aerial Beginnings classes. After warming up, the instructor will guide the group through a series of movements increasing flexibility, strength, and balance. No one should be intimidated by Aerial Beginnings classes--they are accessible to people of every fitness level and age.

Restorative Aerial Yoga - Brainchild of our founder, Amanda Field. Gentle Restorative class using aerial hammocks, weighted bags, essential oils, props, and a singing bowl. Safe during pregnancy! Socks and mats required. No tank tops. Registration required via Mindbody.
Aerial Mixed Levels - Aerial Beginnings class (60 minutes) introducing hanging inversions, back bends, and flips. Core, balance, and flexibility training using the aerial hammock and grip handles. Think: Pilates in a hammock. Instructor will demonstrate and circulate around the room to to provide assistance. Socks and mats required. No tank tops. Registration required via Mindbody.
Hatha/Beginner Yoga - Beginner-friendly 60-minute class offering breathing exercises, yoga postures, and prop integration. Seated and standing poses, core-strengthening, and standing balance work. Prerequisites: None
Flow/Vinyasa Yoga - Intense yoga class (60 minutes) offering breathing exercises, breath-centered movements, and yoga postures. Modifications and extensions offered as needed. Not "hot yoga," but you will sweat.
Suggested Prerequisite: 5 Hatha Yoga Classes
Restorative Yoga - Beginner-friendly class (60-minutes) offering meditation, aromatherapy, yoga postures, sound healing, and prop integration. Excellent for individuals with auto-immune disorders, chronic fatigue, and exhaustion. Prerequisites: None
Classical Pilates - Beginner-friendly 60-minute Pilates Reformer class. The Classical Pilates workout includes a mat, reformer, and sometimes two additional pieces of equipment that are selected by the instructor during a workout to improve, intensify, and assist any challenges. Working with multiple parts and not just one component makes it an effective system. Transitions between exercises are exercises in themselves. Class focuses on keeping the work one seamless, continuous flow, both fluid and efficient. Classical Pilates is dynamic, controlled, flowing and of course you will sweat!. Prerequisites: None
