Aerial Yoga
Aerial Beginner Intro - -
Beginner Level
Learn the fundamentals (30 minutes) of how the hammock works. Try the Intro. Socks and mats required. No tank tops. Registration required via MindBody. All beginners recommended to take this class. Following the class our instructors will recommend a class that meets your skill set.

Intermediate Aerial -
Intermediate Level
Express Aerial is a 45 minute aerial class. You will learn how to train to strenthen necessary muscle groups to improve your overall aerial capabilities. Classes will target abs, back, upper body, glutes, and aerial inversions. Be prepared to work and sweat. Intermediate class is for people who are familiar with the aerial hammock (silk) who want to get a workout in and experience a fun fitness class that will create total body strength. Socks and mats required. No tank tops. Registration required via Mindbody.

Restorative Aerial Yoga
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Brainchild of our founder, Amanda Field. Gentle Restorative class using aerial hammocks, weighted bags, essential oils, props, and a singing bowl. Safe during pregnancy! Socks and mats required. No tank tops. Registration required via Mindbody.

Beginner/Intermediate Aerial -
Beginner & Intermediate
Aerial Intermediate class (60 minutes) introducing hanging inversions, back bends, and flips. Core, balance, and flexibility training using the aerial hammock and grip handles. This is not a beginner class. Instructor will demonstrate and circulate around the room to to provide assistance. Socks and mats required. No tank tops. Registration required via Mindbody.

Kids Aerial Yoga
Kid's Aerial Yoga
Check back to see when we add classes. We also offer small group kids classes.
Aerial Yoga for children 7 and up. Learn how to invert, fly, and flip. Kids will strengthen their upper bodies, create greater agility, and train for increased flexibility. Our classes have safety procedures as well. Classes include some ground work, and takes off flying on aerial hammocks. 50 minutes

Stretch Yoga & Meditation
Yoga Stretch A functional yoga stretch class where we explore 4 different kinds of funtional stretching in yoga. Option to learn how to use the yoga hammock or inversion chair to go into spinal traction.
Yoga Meditation
Learn how to meditate the yogi way. We will teach you how to use yogic breathing exercises (pranayama) helping make meditation easier.
Hatha/Beginner Yoga - Beginner-friendly 60-minute class offering breathing exercises, yoga postures, and prop integration. Seated and standing poses, core-strengthening, and standing balance work. Prerequisites: None
Flow/Vinyasa Yoga - Intense yoga class (60 minutes) offering breathing exercises, breath-centered movements, and yoga postures. Modifications and extensions offered as needed. Not "hot yoga," but you will sweat.
Suggested Prerequisite: 5 Hatha Yoga Classes
Yin and/or
Restorative Yoga - Beginner-friendly class (60-minutes) offering meditation, aromatherapy, yoga postures, sound healing, and prop integration. Excellent for individuals with auto-immune disorders, chronic fatigue, and exhaustion. Prerequisites: None
