How to be prepared for our classes.
When you come to our studio here are some things for you to understand to make your experience with us the Best!
Upon arrival, be sure to park in the parking lot behind R-bar. Look for our hallway and enter through our Red door. Please make sure you have booked ahead of time. Download the Mind Body App for ease of booking. We recommend that beginners take the Intro to Aerial or the Intro to Pilates. This is a 1 time class that is only 30 minutes long and will help us place or direct you to a 60 minute class that suites you and your skill set or comfort level. Our instructors are skilled at helping our clients find a good class fit, set goals, and feel successful. This is a phone free class.
All of our classes are socially distanced. All of our equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Masks are to be worn when moving about in the studio, much like the policies that restaurants employ currently. On you mat or Reformer you may remove the mask.
Because we are a boutique fitness studio ALL classes require a reservation and a credit card on file. We have 8 hammocks and 4 reformers. This policy is necessary to allow us to have classes and compensate our staff.
What you'll need:
+ A mat (we have them for rent for $2.75)
+ Socks (we recommend sticky toe socks and have them for sale-prices range from $12-$22)
+ Coverings for your underarms (if doing aerial yoga); we suggest a short sleeve shirt or long sleeve shirt - NO tank tops
+ Hydration (water and juices are available for purchase)
