FAQs about In Person Classes vs. Virtual Classes

We are happy you are interested in joining us. Aerial Yoga is a creative, fun, and challenging way to uplevel your yoga practice. If you are interested in trying a class, you can attend our in person classes, or you can opt to join us for a virtual class.

All of our classes have the option of being virtual. What does that mean?

- every class on our schedule is an In Person, or held In Studio, Class

- we host our In Person Classes as they are posted on Mind Body Schedule

- you can register to take the class Virtually, as watch or join us from anywhere

- some people have a Virtual Membership, allowing them to access our streamed classes

If you sign up for a class, you will get an email link for the virtual class. This does not mean the class is virtual. It means you can opt to take the class virtually. We ask that if you plan to attend virtual class, that you register before the class starts. This allows us to properly set up our streaming equipment.

For beginners and people who are curious about aerial yoga, we recommend taking our "Aerial Beginner Intro" class that is 30 minutes long and goes over fundamentals of the Yoga Hammock. You learn the Anatomy of the Yoga Hammock, how to hang the Yoga Hammock, how to sit and invert in the Yoga Hammock, and how to experience the benefits of spinal traction, neck and low back decompression, and lymphatic drainage.

Join us in person or virtually to see why Aerial Yoga is quickly becoming a favorite style of fitness and wellness practices.
